6-Month Container for Leaders Ready to Live and Lead from Spirit
The Spirited Leadership Circle is an intimate, 6-month long experience for leaders who feel called to explore what it truly means to be spirit-led—personally, professionally, and collectively.
This is for leaders who sense that the next evolution of their leadership isn’t about more strategy, effort, or performance—but about presence, coherence, courage, and truth. This Circle invites you into deep relationships, shared inquiry and embodied exploration—so you're not navigating this shift alone.
What Makes the Spirited Leadership Circle Different
Most leadership development focuses on tools, frameworks, and structures.
The Spirited Leadership Circle is designed to cultivate who you are as a leader—because your state of being, who you are as an emanation, shapes every conversation, team, and system you touch.
Inside the Circle, we work with:
Energy, coherence, and presence — learning to lead from the mid-line, not just the mind
Experiential, participatory learning, discovering, sharing and gaining real-time insights.
Emergence rather than force — allowing clarity and direction to arise instead of pushing outcomes
Leadership as a way of being — how you energetically show up profoundly shapes outcomes
A dedicated cohort of no more than 12 leaders
6 months of online gatherings (rhythmic, relational, grounded)
A 3-day in-person immersion at The StarHouse in Boulder, CO
A shared peer commitment to presence, honesty, and growth
Consistency matters here. Trust deepens. Language becomes shared. Subtle shifts compound.
This is where real integration happens.
The Circle is for leaders who:
- Feel a quiet (or not-so-quiet) knowing that something more honest, fulfilling and aligned is possible
- Are aware that the old ways of leading no longer fit
- Are willing to be seen, challenged, and supported in real time
- Value depth, presence, and authenticity over performative looking good
- Want a peer community without fixing, posturing, or bypassing
This is not for spectators.
This is for leaders ready to participate fully.

The Role of Your Guide
Kristina Boesch holds this space as a grounded guide and fellow practitioner. She draws from Spirited Leadership principles and practices, along with over 15 years of experience supporting leaders and teams in creating thriving workplace cultures through her work with Choose People. Her facilitation is also informed by her studies of potent sacred systems and supportive animate forces, as well as a deep trust in emergence and the intelligence of the group. Guided by her own lived experience and her capacity to attune to subtle dynamics, Kristina meets each moment with presence, clarity, and care—supporting what is ready to emerge in the circle.
